Send a turn in a member's assessment conversation

POST 
/v1/members/:tenant_user_id/evaluations/:evaluation_id/chat/messages

Sends one message in the conversation and streams the assistant's reply as server-sent events.

Authenticate with the same API-client token used to create the evaluation. The evaluation must belong to your organisation.

Events are semantic (message_start, message_delta, message_complete, progress_update, assessment_complete, stream_end), never raw model tokens.
