Remove Tenant User Tag Public

DELETE 
/v1/tenant-users/:tenant_user_id/tags/:tag_id

Remove one tag from a member, by value (scope tenant_users:write).

Idempotent: removing a tag the member doesn't have is a no-op 204 (the tag id must still be your organisation's — an unknown id is a 422, never a silent success).
