For tenants

If you administer or manage an organisation on Wiselook, this page is for you. If you have been invited to take an assessment, see For members.

What is Wiselook?

Wiselook is a competency assessment platform developed together with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Instead of filling in a questionnaire, you have a structured conversation with Claire, an AI agent (AI Agent, art. 50 of the EU AI Act). From your answers we build a picture of your professional competencies, that is, of the skills and behaviours the assessment is designed to measure.

Who is Claire?

Claire is Wiselook's AI interviewer. She is our conversational agent. She runs the assessment as a conversation. She asks one question at a time and adapts what she asks next to what you have already said.

Claire is software, not a person. There is no human reading along live on the other side of the chat.

What does Wiselook measure, and how is it different from a traditional test?

Wiselook assesses competencies through a conversation with an AI that estimates behaviours, rather than relying on the candidate's self-report.

Compared with classic questionnaires, it reduces social-desirability bias and offers a predictive reading of performance, with explainable results.

How do I roll out an assessment from the portal?

From your portal you can launch an assessment on your own, without depending on our team. When you sign in, a setup checklist guides you step by step:

  1. Choose a methodology: adopt the one that best fits your goal, or configure your own.
  2. Invite the people you are going to assess.
  3. Create tags (optional) to organise people by team or area. Managers only see the people in the groups they manage.
  4. Assign the first assessment.
  5. Read the first report when someone completes it.

Can I customise the competencies assessed?

Yes. Talk to our experts to align your competency model, values and culture with our system.

How do I read the results and the reports?

Every assessment produces a report by competency with an explainable reading of the results: for each competency you see the level reached and the behaviours it is based on, so you can always understand why each result was obtained. The report is meant to support the decision, not to replace it. The conversation transcript is not shared with the employer.

From the dashboard you get an overall view of the process, can look up each person's results and can search by skill or role.

What is the scientific backing?

The methodology was developed and validated in collaboration with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. It rests on assessing demonstrated competencies: instead of asking people how they see themselves, it analyses how they act in situations that simulate real contexts, which predicts their behaviour better. It also applies transparent, explainable AI criteria, so every result can be traced back to the evidence that supports it.

How do you handle data protection and the GDPR?

Wiselook complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For every project we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with your organisation, under which your organisation is the controller and Wiselook the processor. Data is used only for the purpose of the assessment, stored on servers located in the EU, and kept for 3 years after the service ends.

We are in the process of certifying against ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 42001 (AI management systems), and we are working on aligning the platform with the EU AI Act. If your legal or security team needs documentation, we can provide it at hello@wiselook.ai. You can find more details on our privacy page.

What support and onboarding do you offer?

We accompany the rollout so that your team can deploy assessments on its own from the portal. To start, we hold an onboarding session in which we set up your first process together and answer your questions about the tool and about reading the reports. Throughout the portal you will also find information and contextual help that guides you at every step.

If you need help at any time, write to support@wiselook.ai and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For high-volume processes or custom methodologies, we assign a named contact from our team.

Is the use of AI in the answers detected?

The assessment includes several measures to protect the authenticity of the answers. During the conversation, people cannot paste text into the chat, so they have to answer in their own words. Claire also adapts her questions to what the person is telling her, which makes it hard to stay coherent with answers that do not come from their own experience. We also have mechanisms to identify answers that do not seem to be the person's own; in those cases the report flags it so your team can weigh it.

We recommend telling the people you assess, in the invitation, that they must answer without help from other tools. That way the assessment serves its purpose better and the results reflect their real competencies.

What language is the assessment in?

The assessment runs in the language the portal is set to, and it is fixed for each assessment when it is created. The personal report is in the same language as the assessment.
