Getting started as a tenant
A tenant is your organisation on Wiselook. As a tenant admin you manage members, decide which methodologies your organisation uses, set your branding, and optionally embed the assessment widget on your own site.
The tenant portal
Your tenant admin portal is where all of this happens. You sign in with your organisation's SSO (OIDC) and land on the dashboard.
Roles within a tenant:
| Role | Can do |

| admin | Everything — members, methodologies, branding, widgets, API credentials, tenant-wide assessment view. |
| manager | Read members + activity, view widgets, run assessments. |
| member | Take assessments; see their own results. |
First steps
- Accept your invite. Tenant access is invite-only — an admin sends you an accept link; opening it provisions your account and links it to the tenant.
- Adopt methodologies. From the Methodologies page, subscribe to the methodologies your organisation will assess against.
- Invite members. Generate invite codes from the Members page and distribute the accept links.
