Read one of your members' assessments
GET/v1/members/:tenant_user_id/evaluations/:evaluation_id
Returns the assessment and, once scoring finishes, its score and report fields.
Scoring runs after the conversation ends, so a read taken immediately reports scoring with a null score. Poll until the status is completed.
